In accordance with our Safe Arrival Guarantee, we shrink wrap our CERECs before shipping them in export-certified wood crates filled top-to-bottom with anti-static packing peanuts. We research several shipping quotes from reputable freight companies to offer a shipping solution that balances cost, time in transit, careful handling and insurance. If you would like a shipping quote, please message us your shipping address and we will promptly provide one for you. If the wood crate appears significantly damaged (punctured, crushed, opened, etc.), do NOT sign for it until inspecting the equipment for damage. Take pictures of any damage found and forward to us so we can file an insurance claim. Once the equipment has been signed for, we will not be able to honor any claims for accidental damage.
