Common Questions:

1. If I buy the unit from you, is Patterson going to provide me with service and support?
A: The answer is YES, as long as you have a U.S. Model Cerec unit you WILL get support and service.

2. Can I join the service club?
A: The answer is YES, you can join the service club no matter where you bought your Cerec unit from as long at the previous owner has kept it current. Some branches may want to gouge you and ask you to pay for arrears from when the service club was terminated. In this case, I'd pass on the service club as you can get software updates from 10 different sources. The once a year maintenance program is a "pay as you go" plan.  However, these units are not a money pit. Paying Patterson $2500 dollars a year to be on their "service plan" may be a waste of money, simply due to the fact that there are many resources available on the secondary market.

3. What is your guarantee? Are there any warranties?
A: Your unit is guaranteed to show up in perfect working condition or it will be fixed or replaced as necessary at our expense. If the unit still has a factory warranty available, you are entitled to the remainder of the factory warranty. Many times a representative will make buying a pre-owned Cerec sound like a scary and dangerous process. The reality is that they don't want to lose out on a commission. If they are trying to spook you out of buying a 2-4 year old unit, then why would you buy their unit for 3 times the price only to be "no-good" in 2-4 years, before your loan is paid off? It doesn't make any sense and is definitely not true. Even if the entire unit broke down completely, you would not spend more than $10,000 for an ENTIRE replacement! You'd still be $30,000+ ahead of the game. This is a game that the "house" can't win against. It's a no brainer and you WILL come out ahead every single time.
